Members' News

Due to unforeseen circumstances, John Holland is having to relinquish Second Hand Sales, and until a replacement can be found, the following provisions have been put in place at the Committee Meeting on 11th October 2008:

1. Please do not send in any second hand stock that may arrive after 31st October 2008.

2. No second-hand stock will be accepted at Bradford Members' Day.

3. Bob Deakin will continue to offer existing second hand stock.

The Committee apologise for this further disruption to Association services, which we hope to resolve as quickly as possible. You will be advised of the new arrangements on this site, and in Narrow News.

The Committee are pleased to announce that David Charlesworth is returning to active service, and undertaking the editorial duties for the paper version of Narrow News that accompanies the bi-monthly mailing.

The Railway Modeller advertisement shows an incorrect Post Code for the Membership Secretary. The correct code is: SO32 1BP and not BO32 1BP

General

We have received a number of observations, from a number of shows, of members exhibiting layouts, but their existence not appearing on the web site, or in Narrow News. Please help other Association members with your exhibition diaries. On a similar note, the Committee would appreciate all members exhibiting layouts at shows to obtain Association publicity leaflets and copies of the enrolment forms, for display on or adjacent to your layout. A copy of the latest publicity leaflet is available on this site attached to the Publicity page.
